Children say the darndest things!

A boy in the kindergarden was staring at me for a while, and I looked back on him, smiling, but not saying anything.
"Lisa! I know now why you have red hair!" he said with a most definate tone in his voice, like it was something he had pondered about for a long time. For I do indeed have very RED hair.
I ask back, "aha, why is that then?"

"Because you come from Norway!"
...
I think I lifted one eyebrow and mumbled something like a questionmark, because the follow-up from the boy was quick before I could say much more:
"Because Norway's flag has so much red in it!"

Ah the wonders of their little lives, so many things they figure out in their own cute ways!  ♥

And many have wondered stuff about my hair, a four-year old asked how I managed to get it to stay there in the hair, and not look wet, and another was owerwhelmed by the fact that I had the patience to paint my hair every morning.... :D
