The Dragon mystery

When I was in Gothenburg with Amanda some weeks back, I bought these lovely earrings from a very interesting shop, called Avi & Lena.

They have now been missing two times, and I have never used them. The first time was just after I'd returned from the journey, and unpacked only sporadically (so of course it was laying in a bag), but this last time I was on the verge of panic, that today I couldn't find them anywhere, I even looked behind the fridge.

The reason for this panicky searching?
I live in a 29m2 flat here in Kristianstad, with only a room and a bathroom, and nobody except me has keys to this place. The conclusion I took then was that someone has been in my flat without me knowing it. Panic and short breathing started to spread.... Could people just come in here as they pleased?? Paranoid thoughts accompanied the panicky feeling...

But then again, logically, why take a tiny pouch with earrings, and not my camera or laptop, worth way more?
So they must be here somewhere, I tried to say to myself. I searched through the little stuff I have here, several times over. I even started to lift mattresses to see if I had for some reason walked in my sleep and hidden it there, but no. On the fourth time I upside-downed one of my purses the little black pouch they are stored in came into view. I can't understand WHY I found it on the fourth time, and not the first. I mean, I literally poured out this little purses contents three times before I found my pouch-o-Dragon earrings on the last go. Hence the title.

Has anyone else had this kind of situation?
